Simply choose your favorite design on the product page, enter the name or text in the personalization box, and select your preferred font or color. Our designers will handle the rest!

Can I see a preview of my design before it’s printed?
Yes! For complex designs or long names, our team will send a mockup for your approval via email. Please respond within 48 hours to ensure timely production.

Can I change my order after placing it?

What materials are your blankets made of?
Our Personalized Name Blankets are crafted from premium, ultra-soft Minky fabric or Velveteen Microfiber. They are hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and safe for a baby's sensitive skin.

Are the beach towels sand-free?
Absolutely! Our Custom Beach Towels use dual-fabric technology with a sand-resistant surface. A quick shake is all you need to leave the beach at the beach.

Will the colors fade after washing?
No. We use high-definition, heat-dye sublimation printing that bonds the ink to the fabric fibers, ensuring vibrant colors that last for years.

Where are your products made?
All Clothing Town products are proudly made-to-order in the United States, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and faster domestic shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production Time: 3–5 business days.

Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (Standard) or 3–7 business days (Expedited).

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring our personalized gifts to international locations soon!

How do I wash my personalized items?
To keep your blankets and towels soft:

  • Machine wash cold (max 30°C/90°F) on a gentle cycle.
  • Tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

Can I return a personalized item?
Because these items are uniquely made for you, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

What if I entered the wrong name by mistake?
As each item is custom, we cannot offer refunds for customer errors. Please double-check your spelling before completing your purchase.
