At Clothing Town, we take immense pride in the quality of our personalized blankets and beach towels. Because our products are uniquely handcrafted with your custom details, we want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.

Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return and replacement window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a resolution if there is an issue with your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Since our products are personalized (custom-made), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or "customer errors" (such as spelling mistakes made by the buyer). However, we will provide a 100% Free Replacement or Full Refund in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The product has a physical flaw (tears, holes, or stitching issues).

  • Printing Errors: The design, name, or text printed is different from what you submitted in your order.

  • Wrong Item Received: You received the wrong size, color, or a completely different product.

  • Damaged During Transit: The item arrived damaged due to shipping and handling.

To be eligible for a resolution:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

  • It should ideally be in its original packaging.


3. How to Start a Return Process (Step-by-Step)

We have simplified our process to ensure you don't waste any time:

  • Step 1: Contact Us: Email our support team at support@clothingtown.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Step 2: Provide Evidence: Please include your Order Number and clear photos/videos showing the defect or the incorrect part of the product.

  • Step 3: Evaluation: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  • Step 4: Resolution: * If approved, we will either ship a brand new replacement (at no cost to you) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

    • Bonus: In most cases where the error is ours, you do not need to ship the item back to us. We want to save you the hassle and shipping costs!


4. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer a refund or replacement in these specific cases:

  • Spelling Mistakes: Errors in names or text submitted by the customer. Please double-check your spelling at checkout!

  • Incorrect Size Choice: Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing, as we cannot exchange custom items for a different size once printed.

  • Address Errors: Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


5. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing: It will be processed automatically to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card via Stripe).

  • Timeframe: It usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the item moves into our production phase, and we can no longer stop the process or offer a cancellation.
