Because each item is uniquely designed with your personal touch, we do not ship "off-the-shelf" products.
Processing: Every order undergoes a design, printing, and quality-check phase which typically takes 2–5 business days.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email as soon as your order is placed, and another one with a tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
We offer worldwide shipping with clear, flat-rate pricing to ensure there are no surprises at checkout.

For international orders outside of the United States:
Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by their local government.
Clothing Town is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Once your package is on its way, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. This will include your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal so you can follow your custom blanket or beach towel every step of the way.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Clothing Town cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes in the US, but for international orders, a physical street address is highly recommended to ensure successful delivery.
Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery for each product.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at clothingtownsllz@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, send a free replacement immediately.
